ORF America Donor Acceptance and Disclosure Policy

ORF America accepts funds from a broad range of sources provided they are for purposes that are in keeping with its mission. These contributions may be payable on an annual basis or over a period of time. Acceptance of any contribution is at the discretion of ORF America. Conditions are reflected in a written agreement that stipulates the terms. ORF America does not accept anonymous contributions and does not accept funds from 501(c)4 social welfare organizations primarily engaged in political activities. ORF America publicly acknowledges and discloses all its donors on its website and Form 990.  The organization conducts an annual external audit; the full audited financials are available on the ORF America website.
