Bean, Program Manager for Technology Policy at Observer Research Foundation America served as a panelist and provided a presentation on the geopolitics of the semiconductor supply chain and the unique roles of Japan and Taiwan in the semiconductor industry at a public event "Semiconductor Supply Chains in the Indo-Pacific: The Role of Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan," organized by the Sigur Center for Asian Studies in the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
