Natalie Boyse is the Program Manager, Global Programs at ORF America. In her role, she helps establish and manage ORF America’s global policy programs.
From 2017 to 2021, Natalie served in various roles within the U.S. federal government, including at the Department of Education, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Department of Defense (DOD). At DOD, she was a member of the team that organizes and advances domestic and international trips for the Secretary of Defense. At HHS during the COVID-19 pandemic, Natalie was responsible for clearing all policy and communications materials that came in through the White House Staff Secretary.
Natalie has worked in operations, advertising, and fundraising on multiple presidential campaigns. She started her career in politics on Capitol Hill as an intern for then-Representative Chris Shays (CT) and then-Senator Scott Brown (MA).
Most recently, Natalie completed an M.A. in International Relations with a concentration in Strategic Studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. The daughter of a U.S. foreign service officer, Natalie grew up in Russia, Poland, Germany, and India. She is proficient in German.
